Directions Shampoo: Wet hair thoroughly with warm water. Apply proper amount on the palm and lather. Massage scalp and hair for 3-5 minutes. Rinse hair completely with warm water. Repeat as you desire.

Directions Lotion: Scalp: Apply the proper amount and massage scalp evenly, leaven in hair for 2-3 minutes then shampoo. Neck and shoulder: Massage gently on needed areas.
