Rusk Pro Seal03 Thermal Sealing Spray: Shields hair from thermal damage and seals the cuticle to improve thermal tool performance. Our exclusive CDEpHlex - Technology surrounds the hair fibers with an invisible barrier to help protect against Color fading, Damage, and Environmental Pollution.

Product specification

Directions: Apply in full bursts to both sides of the section from a minimum of 8 - 10" away. Direct the spray pattern to distribute the product toward the ends of the hair, in the direction of the cuticle. Comb through, and run your fingers over the surface of the strand to ensure the product is completely dry. Thermally seal as desired.
