If you need to return a product to proluxbeautysupply.com, please contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org for the appropriate return procedure. Returns are accepted on saleable, unopened, unused products within 15 days of purchase with the original packing slip or invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within 7 days of purchase and will be refunded only with the original receipt, packing slip, or invoice.
To return your item(s) by mail, please contact Customer Care at email@example.com for a return authorization label. Your refund minus shipping and handling will be credited back to your original payment method once the return has been processed.
Merchandise purchased at Prolux Beauty stores cannot be returned to the proluxbeautysupply.com fulfillment center. Please follow the Store Return policy.

All electrical and battery-operated items being returned for any warranty claim (dryers, clippers, flatirons, curling irons, etc.) may be submitted within seven (7) days of the delivery date for the replacement of the defective product. Please Note: We can only replace items that are malfunctioning. Please contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
All claims for a warranty on electrical items submitted over 7 days from the delivery date must be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement of defective product. You will need a dated receipt of purchase or a copy of the credit card invoice or itemized bank statement to return the product to the manufacturer.
