This cuticle lotion instantly smooths and seals the cuticle with natural lubricators. Dimethicone and jojoba can mend and repair split ends & rough cuticle. Excell cuticle coat gives the hair a soft, shiny, and bouncy appearance.

Directions: Shampoo and towel dry well. Take a small amount of cuticle coat and work into hair thoroughly. Comb blend for complete distribution. Leave in hair. No-rinse
