Directions Shampoo: Distribute over damp hair and emulsify with water, massaging gently. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.

Directions Mask: After shampooing, apply 1 or 2 dollops on lengths and ends. Leave on the hair for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
